Junta for Progressive Action is committed to cultivating the next generation of leaders through our Youth Empowerment Programs. We provide safe, engaging, and impactful opportunities for middle and high school students to develop leadership skills, gain practical experience, and contribute to their community. Through education, advocacy, and hands-on service, our programs empower youth to become change-makers in Greater New Haven.

Junta’s 360 Social Services provide wraparound, bilingual support that centers the dignity, voice, and resilience of New Haven’s Hispanic and immigrant communities. Our team connects individuals and families with critical resources—from housing and food assistance to healthcare and benefits—while helping them overcome barriers rooted in poverty and systemic inequity. Through culturally grounded, one-on-one case management, we don’t just respond to urgent needs—we walk alongside our community members as they build stability, opportunity, and long-term wellbeing.
